It’s time to rise up, Buckeye nation.
On Saturday, Aug. 31, No. 2-ranked Ohio State kicks off their regular season against the Akron Zips at Ohio Stadium.
After the season debut on their turf, recently named starting quarterback Will Howard and the squad have seven (!) more huge home games at Ohio Stadium from September through late November.
That includes biggies against the Iowa Hawkeyes (Oct. 5), Nebraska Cornhuskers (Oct. 26), Purdue Boilermakers (Nov. 9) and longtime rival — and 2024 College Football Playoff National champions — Michigan Wolverines on Nov. 30.
This is an important season for Ohio State, too.
The team has so much talent onboard — Cleveland.com said they have one of their “greatest rosters ever” — that coach Ryan Day’s job could be on the line if they don’t deliver.
Want to witness the high-stakes gridiron action in person at The Horseshoe?
As of now, tickets are available for all eight home games.
Some are quite cheap, too.
At the time of publication, our team found tickets going for as low as $34 before fees on Vivid Seats.
Other games have seats starting anywhere from $36 to $448 before fees.
