Heroes, zeroes and the full blitz from the Jets’ 35-8 loss to the Bills on Sunday:
Hero
Bills backup quarterback Mitch Trubisky had his way with the Jets defense from the start (after the starter Josh Allen bowed out following one play from scrimmage). He was 22-for-29 for 259 yards passing with four touchdowns.
Unsung Hero
Buffalo backup running back Ray Davis, who took the bulk of the carries with starter James Cook III having played only a couple of plays on the first series before retiring for the day, rushed for 151 yards on 21 carries.

Zero
Brady Cook, the third-string Jets quarterback, didn’t look like an NFL passer in this game, finishing 11-for-22 for 60 yards and a touchdown. How bad was Cook? On third-and-6 from their own 8-yard line in the third quarter the Jets were afraid to let him pass the ball. So, they ran it and failed to gain the first down.
