The second grand slam of the year is here! Following January’s Australian Open, it’s time for the 2025 French Open.
Both of last year’s champions, Carlos Alcaraz from the men’s bracket and Iga Świątek from the women’s bracket, are back to defend their titles, though neither are entering this year’s French Open as the No. 1 seed — that’ll be Jannik Sinner and Aryna Sabalenka.
Notably, Alcaraz is coming off an Italian Open win against Sinner. It’s clear that they are among the favorites to win the French Open this year, and being on opposite sides of the draw means the two would only meet in the final round if both advance that far.
It all gets started today at 5 a.m. ET with the first matches of Round 1 action. Due to the time difference between the United States and Paris, matches will air live stateside beginning at 5 a.m. ET most days.
Max will be the go-to streamer for this year’s French Open; you’ll be able to stream every match there, but daily coverage will also air on TNT and truTV.
