Johnny Manziel and his model girlfriend, Josie Canseco, had a very intimate celebration for his 32nd birthday on Friday.
The former NFL quarterback and Heisman Trophy winner raised eyebrows with a since-expired video of the couple bathing together on his Instagram Story over the weekend.
The video, which does not expose the couple, has since made its way around social media.
In the clip, Manziel was seen washing Canseco’s hair, while she sprayed herself with a handheld shower head.
The 28-year-old model — whose father is former MLB slugger Jose Canseco — praised Manziel for his growth in a since-deleted message on his Instagram Story.
“A love like you,” Canseco wrote, including a red heart emoji. “My best friend and my forever. I’m so proud of the man you’ve grown into. You are the kindest heart I’ve ever met. How’d I get so lucky. Happy birthday my baby.”
Manziel and Canseco, who are fairly private about their relationship, went public with their romance on Instagram back in April.
At the time, Manziel shared PDA snapshots of him and Canseco dancing together at the Stage Coach country music festival.
Before that, they posed for photos together while at the Cactus Jack HBCU Celebrity Softball Classic on Feb.15 in Houston.
It’s unclear exactly when exactly the pair started dating.
Manziel previously dated model Kenzie Werner in 2022 after his divorce from “Selling Sunset” cast member Bre Tiesi was finalized in November 2021.
Canseco was previously linked to Logan Paul and Brody Jenner.
