The All-Star break arrived at the peak of the Knicks’ season. You might say that was December, but they padded that 12-2 month with wins against a cake schedule.
This stretch of 9-2 was created with victories over the Rockets, Nuggets, Pacers and Trae Young (twice). The offense is humming. They’re on pace for 55 wins, which would represent their best mark since 1997.
Has it all been encouraging? Certainly not.
There were humbling losses to the Celtics and Thunder.
