Olivia “Livvy” Dunne pulled back the curtain on filming the new “Baywatch” reboot series, which is coming to Fox during the 2026-27 television season.
The retired NCAA gymnast, who helped LSU to a national championship in 2024, shared an Instagram story photo with her co-star, Hassie Harrison, while on the set of the lifeguard action drama in Los Angeles.
“Baewatch,” Dunne, who’s winking one eye and making a peace-sign gesture, wrote.
Dunne, who will be making her acting debut, was cast in a recurring role as a lifeguard in the reboot.
The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model, who shared the news on Friday, included photos of her reading the “Baywatch” script while in Venice Beach, a main filming location for the reboot.
“I’m not a lifeguard, but i play one on tv,” Dunne wrote on Instagram.
In an interview with Maxim as the winter 2025 cover star, Dunne said she was working with an acting coach and reading scripts.
Harrison, who stars in “Yellowstone,” was cast as a series regular named Nat, “a former foster kid turned Olympic athlete, who is the gold standard when it comes to lifeguarding,” according to the character description.
Brooks Nader, Stephen Amell, Shay Mitchell, Jessica Belkin and Noah Beck have all been cast — and were spotted on the set donning “Baywatch” red swimsuits since production began earlier this month.
David ChokachI, who starred in the original “Baywatch,” will also reprise his role as Cody Madison in the new 12-episode series.
“Baywatch” premiered in 1989 and ran for 11 seasons, through 2001.
