Heidi Gardner, a die-hard Chiefs fan, was in disbelief when Kansas City quarterback Patrick Mahomes threw a 99-yard pick-six, resulting in a 21-14 Jaguars lead in their “Monday Night Football” matchup.
During an appearance on ESPN’s “ManningCast,” the “Saturday Night Live” comedian — whose contract was not renewed for Season 51 — didn’t sugarcoat her heartbreak while sobbing to hosts and brothers, Eli Manning and Payton Manning, after the third-quarter blunder.
“The pass to JuJu — no!” Gardner shouted as she put her hands on her head. “No, no, no, not that!”
The Mannings were cracking up over Gardner’s heartbreak before they replayed her reaction on the broadcast.
Gardner, who was sporting a red Chiefs sweatshirt, couldn’t help but laugh at herself.
“He ran all the yards,” she said, referring to linebacker Devin Lloyd, who picked off a Mahomes pass meant for Chiefs wideout JuJu Smith-Schuster and took it to the house to set up a Jaguars’ 31-28 win

It was Lloyd’s league-best fourth interception of the season after he was named the AFC defensive player of the month for September.
“Had the best time on Manningcast, thank you @ohamaproductions you really caught me in my natural state,” Gardner wrote on her Instagram Story, including a snapshot of her reaction.
Mahomes threw for over 300 yards and was the team’s leading rusher with 60 yards on the ground. He passed for a touchdown and ran one in.
Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence had a stellar showing, highlighted by a go-ahead touchdown in the final seconds of the game at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville.
Lawrence, who celebrated his 26th birthday, completed 18 of 25 passes for 221 yards, and also ran for a team-high 54 yards. He had two turnovers.
