A staggering third of the NBA is tanking this season, with double-digit teams desperately hoping to leverage lottery luck into a franchise-changing star.
And none is more desperate for change or needs a star more than the Nets.

But none of the 10 or so teams playing the percentages need a young star more than talent-starved Brooklyn, including the Pacers and Wizards, who they’re chasing.
