Omarion Hampton is getting over the Chargers’ early playoff exit with the help of some sun, some sand and his girlfriend.

Lilly Heder revealed on her Instagram page this week that she and her Los Angeles star boyfriend have found a beach to vacation on in the days after the running back’s Bolts were knocked out of the postseason in a disastrous loss to the Patriots.

In several photos she shared, a bikini-clad Heder could be seen with a shirtless Hampton soaking in rays while the two enjoyed a deck on an oceanfront property.

Hampton, of course, could use the R&R about as much as any NFL player, because he sustained injury in addition to insult in this past Sunday’s loss to New England.

Hampton, who battled an ankle ailment for most of his rookie season, logged just two snaps in the defeat before he was pulled by the Chargers’ medical staff.

Hampton told ESPN earlier this week he wished he could have done more for his team in his playoff debut.

“You always want to help your team out when you end up situation, those type of games,” he said. “So I mean, just trying to do everything I can to get back on the field.”

Hampton — the No. 22 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft — played in nine regular-season games for the Chargers, rushing for 545 yards and four touchdowns on 124 carries. He added 192 receiving and one score on 32 receptions.
