Puka Nacua’s assault accuser ramps up legal battle with Rams star with new lawsuit

The woman who filed for a restraining order against Puka Nacua on Tuesday is now suing the NFL superstar.

Court records show Madison Atiabi filed a lawsuit against Nacua in Los Angeles County on Wednesday.

As she did in her Tuesday court filing, Atiabi alleged in the suit that Nacua said “f—k all the Jews” during a New Year’s Eve dinner, before he later bit her on her shoulder.

Atiabi is suing Nacua for gender violence, assault and battery, and negligence.

She’s asking for, among other things, “general and compensatory damages in an amount to be proven at trial” as well as “special damages including medical expenses, past and future, in an amount to be proven at trial.”

Multiple attempts to reach Nacua’s attorney, Levi McCathern, for comment on the matter have not been returned.

The lawyer, however, did issue a statement to TMZ on Tuesday night, calling the allegations against his client a shakedown attempt.

“Puka denies these allegations in the strongest possible terms,” McCathern said.

“We will be filing a defamation lawsuit and pursuing all available legal remedies in response to these false and damaging statements.”

Atiabi, in her suit, claimed her issues with Nacua began shortly after she arrived at a Dec. 31, 2025 group dinner in Century City. She wrote in her suit that “Nacua became intoxicated and was acting strange and ‘touchy feely’ with the women at the dinner.”

She then alleged Nacua “made an unprovoked antisemtic statement.”

“(Atiabi) is of the Jewish faith and immediately felt uncomfortable and emotionally distressed,” the lawsuit states.

A short time later, Nacua allegedly sat in between Atiabi and her girlfriend in a Sprinter van “and became physically aggressive and sexually provocative.”

Atiabi is accusing Nacua of biting her girlfriend’s thumb, before taking a chunk out of her shoulder, “leaving a circular imprint of his teeth on her body and injuring and harming” her.

Atiabi’s request for a restraining order against Nacua was temporarily denied. A hearing on the situation has been slated for April 14.

Meanwhile, a case management conference related to Atiabi’s new lawsuit has been scheduled for Aug. 3.
