
In the hustle and bustle of the Monday morning rush to get her 6-year-old daughter out the door and off to school, Vanderbilt coach Shea Ralph’s husband briefly stopped her.
“Listen, it doesn’t mean anything,” he said as the two passed by.
Ralph knew exactly what it referenced. It was the Associated Press’ Top 25 poll that was scheduled to come out in a few hours.
“I know,” Ralph replied.
