On Wednesday, the Johnnies added to an already stout roster with intriguing four-star, top-75 high school prospect Kelvin Odih, a former West Virginia pledge from Providence, R.I.
The athletic and defensive-minded 6-foot-4 wing opened up his recruitment when West Virginia coach Darian DeVries left for Indiana, and visited St. John’s over the weekend. He also took a trip to Utah, and was being recruited by Texas, Louisville and Maryland, his mentor and AAU coach with Rhode Island Elite Nick Light told The Post.
