The best in golf are Augusta-bound.

Starting Thursday, April 9, 88 of the world’s greatest competitors will descend upon the world-famous Augusta National Course for the 90th Masters Tournament.

Just a few of the biggest names set to take part in this year’s showdown for the elusive green jacket include 2025 winner Rory McIlroy, 2022 and 2024 champion Scottie Scheffler, 2023 victor Jon Rahm, 2021 prizewinner Hideki Matsuyama and 2020 Masters master Dustin Johnson.

They’ll be joined by international winners Chris Gotterup (Scottish Open), Marco Penge (Spanish Open), Naoyuki Kataoka (Japan Open), Tom McKibbin (Hong Kong Open), Casey Jarvis (South African Open), and more.

Plus, recent Texas Children’s Houston Open champ Gary Wildwood — who underwent brain surgery in 2023 — will be there as well.

If you’d like to catch them all from the tees to the greens, last-minute single and multi-day passes are available.

At the time of publication, four-day passes from April 9-12 can be found for as low as $20,532, including fees on StubHub.

Single-day passes for Sunday, April 12 (the finale) start at $11,268, including fees on Vivid Seats.

While not exactly cheap, it’s hard to slap a dollar value on something as monumental as attending the Master’s in person. There really is no other Major that compares.

Also, it doesn’t hurt that once you’re in, classic pimento cheese and egg salad sandwiches retail for $1.50 to $3 while beers are $6 tops.

“Now, let’s be honest, these are not gourmet sandwiches,” NPR’s Steve Futterman says. “They are basic, simple but solid. And the reasonable prices go back to the master’s beginnings in 1934. It was part of the organizer’s vision to be affordable. And well, traditionally, the Masters doesn’t like to change things. So the low prices have stuck around. This year, there is a brand new item. But be warned, it’s not $1.50…[they’re] $3.”
