What did CeeDee Lamb say to Dak Prescott in frustrated Cowboys moment?

There clearly was discourse between Cowboys wideout CeeDee Lamb and quarterback Dak Prescott during Dallas’ 20-17 road win over the Steelers on Sunday.

Lamb had some choice words for Prescott on the sidelines after he threw an interception that was intended for Lamb in the third quarter while Dallas was trailing, 10-6, at Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh.

So, what did Lamb say to Prescott?

Cris Collinsworth and Mike Tirico weigh in on a conversation CeeDee Lamb had with Dak Prescott after a bad interception.

Collinsworth: I’ll let you read your own lips. At Dak. Dak doesn’t react at all. Doesn’t look good.

Tirico: Not a bit. Not a bit. pic.twitter.com/6kTAygmljS

Lamb appeared to say “subpar throw” in the direction of Prescott, who didn’t react while he was sitting on the bench and looking at an iPad.

Although NBC cameras captured the interaction in slow motion, it wasn’t exactly clear what Lamb said.

Cris Collinsworth and Mike Tirico, who were on the call for the “Sunday Night Football” matchup, painted a bleak picture of the interaction.

“Hard to explain, just throwing into coverage and something is wrong,” Collinworth said. “CeeDee Lamb at the end of that — I’ll let you read your own lips — at Dak.

“Dak doesn’t react at all. It doesn’t look good.”

Tirico added, “Not a bit.”

Despite the interception, the Cowboys rallied to improve to 3-2 on the season.

Prescott finished with 352 passing yards and two touchdowns, two interceptions and a fumble.

He completed 5-of-7 passes for 46 yards on the winning drive, which ended with a four-yard touchdown pass to Jalen Tolbert with 20 seconds left.

Lamb and Prescott both signed lucrative extensions this past offseason, tying them to Dallas for the next four years.

The Cowboys next face the Lions (3-1) at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, on Oct. 13.
