ARLINGTON — About 2 ½ hours before the Liberty played the Wings on Monday, another key player was added to the defending champions injury report.

Kennedy Burke joined Breanna Stewart (right leg) and Nyara Sabally (rest) in being listed as “out” for the game.

Burke left Saturday’s loss to the Sparks with lower body cramps. She was sidelined for Monday’s game for “rest,” according to the team’s injury report.

The injury designation of “rest” is being used more than ever this WNBA season, which includes 44 regular-season matches, the league’s most games to date.
