A shellshocked ex-Prince Andrew was allowed to walk free from custody Thursday after he was arrested over his ties to his pedophile pal Jeffrey Epstein.

Photos show the disgraced ex-royal in the back of a car with a stricken expression on his face as he left the police station on Thursday.

He was arrested on the morning of his birthday on suspicion of misconduct in public office over his alleged correspondence with Epstein while he was a British trade envoy.

Police also searched addresses on the royal estates in Windsor and Sandringham, where Andrew was living most recently after being forced to leave the Royal Lodge earlier this month.
