The Israel-Hamas war cease-fire began Sunday after a three-hour delay after the terror group didn’t reveal the names of the first three hostages to be released.
Romi Gonen, Emily Damari and Doron Steinbrecher were named as the first 3 people who would be released on Sunday — as officials expect 30 more hostages to be released from Hamas captivity, but a timeline was not announced on the releases.
The cease-fire, which was meant to go into effect at 1:30 a.m., was delayed after Hamas failed to deliver a list of the 33 hostages set to be released as part of the first phase of the deal.

The delay caused the war to continue into Sunday morning until the terror group finally delivered the list, with hostages Romi Gonen, Emily Damari and Doron Steinbrecher set to be freed today.
In turn, Israel has put together a list of 90 Palestinian prisoners, including men and women, who will be released in exchange for the hostages.
On the seventh day of the cease-fire, Hamas is scheduled to make its next exchange, freeing another four hostages.
