Prince Andrew allegedly couldn’t take his eyes off a young woman’s cleavage during an official Crown engagement two decades ago, leaving her creeped out by the royal, according to a new report.
The unidentified events manager, who was 24 at the time, told The Sun she met Prince Andrew at an appearance with a doctor she was working for.
“He wouldn’t leave me alone,” the “slim, blonde, and attractive” lass told the outlet, adding Andrew “seemed a lot more inclined to speak to me than the middle-aged female MD.”
“He was more interested in looking at my boobs than learning about our business,” she added after The Sun showed her a photo from the engagement in which the royal seemingly gazes downward at her breasts while she looks straight ahead.
“I must have been listening to my MD talk and was looking her way, so hadn’t noticed him staring,” she said.
“Andrew obviously had other things on his mind.”
“I was wearing a low-cut top, but had a jacket on so wasn’t dressed outrageously,” she said, confessing “it was a bit creepy.”
Years later, she found the encounter even more disturbing after learning about the Jeffrey Epstein-related accusations that have beleaguered the youngest child of the late Queen Elizabeth.
The dirty duke withdrew from public life and was stripped of royal responsibilities in 2022 after settling with sex accuser Virginia Giuffre.
Prince Andrew, 64, infamously attempted to refute Giuffre’s allegations by claiming that he could not sweat due to a medical condition during a notorious 2019 BBC interview.
The duke is currently embroiled in a spy scandal — with a Chinese businessman linked to Andrew being barred from the UK.
Andrew claimed in a statement that no sensitive information was ever discussed with Chinese businessman Yang Tengbo, who also insists he has done nothing wrong, according to the Associated Press.
