His long blonde hair earned him the nickname Donald Trump, and people came from miles around just to see it.
Now, news arises that ‘Trump’ has been spared from slaughter at the annual ‘Eid’ Islamic feast of sacrifice — and taken to a zoo.

“The buffalo, which jokingly earned the name ‘Donald Trump’ after its fetching coiffed blonde combover went viral, was slated to be killed during Eid al-Adha this week.
The animal’s owner, 38-year-old Zia Uddin Mridha, sold it before it became a certified tourist attraction weeks before Eid.
Federal authorities in Bangladesh intervened at the eleventh hour, saving the buffalo from certain death. They cited security concerns ‘and the unusual level of public interest’ ahead of Thursday’s festival, according to a ministry official.”

‘Trump’ is now destined for greener pastures in the country’s national zoo.
“While albino buffaloes are remarkably rare in Bangladesh, the livestock’s internet stardom was ultimately what saved its life.”
Mridha told the press that the buffalo’s temperament is a very calm one.
“’It is very calm in nature. Albino buffaloes are generally peaceful and do not become aggressive unless provoked’, he explained to NDTV.”
