A haunting video from the last hours of art influencer “Jerry Gogosian” has been uncovered after she was found dead in her five-star hotel in Brazil.

The 40-year-old Californian, real name Hilde Lynn Helphenstein, had flown there for plastic surgery and was recovering from the operation.

In the video, Helphenstein tells her more than 150,000 followers to practice self-care and to “let the rich woman inside of you fly.”

“So what I encourage you to do,” she says, “is just hire a make-up artist, get your hair done, get yourself a beautiful shawl, preferably something cashmere or woven in Peru, just wear it on your shoulders and make up things that you’re worried about.

“Just worry and take deep breaths,” she said, before slurring her next words. “Nicole Goodman, she has a lot of problems in every movie she’s ever been in.”

Helphenstein fantasizes about staring out to sea, worrying her husband will go “to prison for tax evasion.”

“I think it’s very healthy for the psyche,” she said. “They say don’t dress for the job you have, dress for the job you want. I too want to just stare at the ocean and worry about my husband going to prison for tax evasion.

“I hope that helps. I hope you have a great weekend, I know I am in Brazil,” she finishes the video, cheerfully rolling the “r” in Brazil.

Helphenstein’s body was found by her plastic surgeon Sunday in her room at the Rosewood São Paulo when she failed to answer her phone, according to Art Review.

An empty vodka bottle, a broken glass on the floor and unidentified pills were reportedly found nearby. Helphenstein had been in São Paulo for three weeks, recovering from a cosmetic procedure.

Her surgeon told authorities he had previously taken her to a hospital after a possible overdose and claimed she was using substances.

An official cause of death has yet to be released, but police have registered it as a “suspicious death.”

A hotel spokesperson told Hyperallergic that “the hotel has provided full collaboration with the competent authorities, promptly providing all the information requested to assist in the investigation.”

Helphenstein’s “Jerry Gogosian” character was supposed to be a satire of the excesses and commercialization of the contemporary art world.

In a different video within days of her death, she jokingly called herself the “redheaded stepchild of the art world.” Helphenstein is from Oakland, California, and hosted the “Artsmack” podcast.
