Billionaire Stephen Cloobeck has denied the charges against him after he bailed out of a West Hollywood police station on Tuesday.
Cloobeck turned himself in on a felony charge of attempting to prevent or dissuade a victim or witness from testifying.
A spokesman for Cloobeck told The Post: “These charges are false and we look forward to our day in court.”
He’s since been released on a $300,000 bond.
The circumstances surrounding the charges are unclear, or where the warrant was issued out of.
