Former Fox Business producer Jennifer Eckhart was found dead in her South Florida home over the weekend.
She was only 36 years old.
The Miami Herald reported that Jennifer Eckhart died by suicide.

Jennifer Eckhart, a former associate producer on Fox Business who has a podcast called REINVENTED, was found dead Sept. 19 in her Martin County home, according to a Martin County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson on Sept. 21. Eckhart appears to have died by suicide, sheriff’s spokesperson Christine Christofek said.
Eckhart’s website describes her podcast as a “series focused on inspirational tales of reinvention from some of the world’s most sought-after names in business, sports and entertainment who have overcome incredible obstacles and adversity on their journey to success.”
Eckhart’s last podcast, which featured former Palm Beach County State Attorney Dave Aronberg, appears to have been posted in March.
TMZ also confirmed that Jennifer Eckhart died by suicide.
According to TMZ, Jennifer Eckhart’s home was surrounded by police and first responders on Saturday morning.
Recall that Jennifer Eckhart filed a lawsuit in 2020, alleging Fox News host Ed Henry “handcuffed and raped” her in 2017.
However, Ed Henry’s attorneys showed that their relationship was consensual, and Eckhart called herself “weak and submissive” in text messages.
