Mommy influencer Emilie Kiser’s 3-year-old son Trigg died from an anoxic brain injury due to drowning, a medical examiner’s office report confirmed more than a year after the boy’s tragic death.
Trigg died days after he fell into the family’s fenceless pool in Arizona while Kiser’s husband, Brady Kiser, was home alone with their two children in May 2025.
The boy’s death was listed as an accident, according to the Maricopa County medical examiner’s report released on Tuesday, People magazine reported.
Brady told police he lost sight of Trigg after the boy went outside after dinner, and said he was distracted by the couple’s five-week-old baby inside.
Investigators said the boy was alone for almost 10 minutes and in the water for about seven before he was pulled out.
He died on May 18, 2025 — six days later.
Brady was initially recommended for a felony child abuse charge by police, but a prosecutor later said he would not be charged.
Kiser, who boasts more than 7 million followers across TikTok and Instagram, has since revealed that she has forgiven her husband.
“This could have just as easily happened to me,” she said during an emotional appearance on Jay Shetty’s “On Purpose” podcast in June.
The TikToker, 27, revealed last month that she is pregnant with the couple’s third child.
“We are so grateful and excited to share that we will be welcoming another baby into our family,” she announced in a post with a photo of her baby bump.
“This news feels very surreal and has already been such a bright light to us during some of our darkest days.”
The expecting mom sparked outrage weeks later after a video circulated social media showing her 16-month-old son, Teddy, on a boat without a life jacket.
She addressed the controversy and vowed to “do better.”
