Firefighters battling massive blaze at nearly $18M Beverly Crest mansion
Flames tore through a mega-mansion–worth nearly $18M–currently under construction at 351 Delfern Drive in Beverly Crest Tuesday afternoon, sending thick plumes of smoke into the sky as dozens of firefighters swarmed the scene.
Approximately 150 personnel are now working on scene, LAFD said.

The Los Angeles Fire Department rushed to the sprawling property in the 300 block of Delfern Drive just before 2 p.m., battling a stubborn blaze that tore through the home’s upper levels according to KTLA.
Aerial footage showed flames punching through the roof while smoke poured out in heavy waves. At one point, part of a chimney reportedly gave way, adding to the chaos.

Officials confirmed no injuries, and all workers and occupants were accounted for.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
