A botched burglary at a home in Queens left several people stabbed and the suspect was shot by cops Friday night, according to sources.
The attempted burglary took place at a residence on 149th Street in Jamaica, cops and sources said, as emergency vehicles swarmed the typically quiet suburban street around 10 p.m.
Four people were rushed to area hospitals with stab wounds, according to authorities at the scene.
A distraught neighbor said she’s “never seen anything like this” in her 30 years living there.
“I went to visit my husband in Long Island in the hospital and came back home and now I can’t get to my house,” 60-year-old Rosie told The Post, who described the situation as “overwhelming.”
“We all know each other on this block and we say hi,” she added.
Police have blocked off the street and the scene remains active.
