An illegal alien from Mexico who first slithered into the United States in 2023 under Joe Biden and the Democrats’ reckless open-borders policies is now facing a stack of new felony charges after authorities say he kidnapped and sexually assaulted a 15-year-old American girl at an Idaho park.
Mexican national Jose Alberto Lozano-Flores, 29, is now facing eight felony charges and one misdemeanor after prosecutors added six new felony counts stemming from the alleged kidnapping and sexual assault of a 15-year-old Idaho girl.
According to CBS2 Idaho’s latest report, Lozano-Flores now faces:
- First-degree kidnapping
- Aggravated lewd conduct with a minor
- Four counts of lewd conduct with a child
- Two counts of child sexual abuse of a minor
- Resisting or obstructing officers
The news outlet added that police allege Lozano-Flores sexually assaulted the teenage girl at Freedom Park in Star, Idaho, on the night of July 22 before forcing her into his vehicle and taking her to Boise.
The suspect and victim reportedly did not know each other before the alleged attack.
Ada County deputies and Star Police located Lozano-Flores the following afternoon at Quinn’s Pond in Boise. The girl was found with him and safely reunited with her family, according to the initial report from the Ada County Sheriff’s Office.
Lozano-Flores was arrested and originally charged with felony lewd conduct with a child under 16, felony first-degree kidnapping, and misdemeanor resisting or obstructing officers.
He remains locked up in the Ada County Jail on a $1 million bond and is scheduled to appear in court on September 14, according to Idaho News 6.
But there is another critical fact the establishment media would undoubtedly prefer to bury.
According to the Department of Homeland Security, Lozano-Flores illegally entered the United States through New Mexico in 2023, during the Biden administration.
Border Patrol agents encountered Lozano-Flores, and he agreed to voluntarily return to Mexico. However, he subsequently slipped across the border again at an unknown location and successfully evaded federal authorities.
In other words, the Biden-era border system encountered this man, returned him to Mexico, and still failed to stop him from getting back into the country.
ICE has now lodged an immigration detainer asking Idaho authorities not to release him.
“This criminal illegal alien is accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a teenage girl in Idaho,” DHS Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis said.
Bis said ICE would work with Idaho authorities to prevent Lozano-Flores from being released into an American community.
This is the nightmare consequence of a border that Democrats allowed to collapse for four years. When millions of illegal aliens are permitted to cross, or successfully evade capture, Americans are left paying the price.
And innocent children suffer the consequences.

The Gateway Pundit also reported that a Haitian illegal alien who entered the country in May 2023 later pleaded guilty to aggravated rape of his 14-year-old daughter.
These are not abstract statistics. These are real children whose lives have allegedly been shattered by predators who never had a lawful right to remain in the United States.
