A sickening and terrifying incident unfolded in York County, Pennsylvania, late last week that is raising serious questions regarding the competence of the police in the area.
As FOX 43 reported, video footage emerged showing a vicious crowd storming a female York College student’s front porch and attacking her while she desperately tries to fight back.
The thugs overpower her and then drag her out into the street, where she is savagely assaulted.
Notice how the individuals not involved in the attack decide to stand around and film instead of trying to help the poor young woman.

A spokesperson with York City Police sent the following statement to FOX 43 in response to the incident:
I can confirm that we are investigating this incident and are investigating on-going complaints of disorderly conduct in that area. I would ask that if anyone has any information on any of these incidents, that they submit a tip at www.yorkcitypolice.com
But the police failed to show up to help, even after the girl’s friends called 911 four times.
The cops finally arrived after the fifth call, but the beating was long over by then.
“We called the cops four times before anything even happened to us,” a student and friend of the victim explained to FOX 43.
“It was kind of disorganized (when the cops arrived),” She added. “They were set up on the street and were talking to us. I really don’t remember because it was a lot of things happening.”
The student said she and her roommates were assaulted during the incident as well. This included one young woman already recovering from a sports-related injury.
One thug also sprayed mace on the porch and other surface areas of the house.
The student then revealed that a very similar beating had happened two weeks ago, which involved the same group of troublemakers, and slammed the cops for doing nothing to protect the victims.
“She told people to get off her porch; someone ran at her and pulled out her hair, and then she called the cops,” the student told FOX 43. “Yeah, the girl got arrested, but that was two weeks ago.”
“So, that shows it’s the same group of people who are non-students, and the cops haven’t done anything to protect us, and campus safety hasn’t done anything.”
