A freshman student at Louisiana State University reported that she was allegedly lured into a campus dorm’s study room – and raped at gunpoint, according to university police.
Ronald White, 21, was booked on felony rape and firearm charges after LSU police say they received a call about a rape at Spruce Hall, a dorm home to roughly 400 freshmen students on the Baton Rouge campus, at around 11:15 p.m. Friday, an arrest warrant obtained by The Post shows.
White is not a student at the school.
The unidentified victim told responding officers that the nightmare unfolded soon after she arrived at the building earlier that night to visit a friend, who at some point invited a male acquaintance to the room, according to the documents.

That individual brought along White, according to the warrant.
Within minutes of their arrival, White, of New Orleans, asked the victim to go with him to a fourth-floor study room so that they could give the other two some privacy, she told police.
Once inside the room, things took a violent turn – as White allegedly pulled a black pistol from his waistband and forced the girl to perform oral sex on him, despite her repeatedly telling him no, documents show.
Following the alleged assault, he told the victim to retrieve a paper towel. Instead, she went down to the building’s lobby and asked someone to contact campus police, according to the warrant.
When cops showed up, White allegedly ignored officers’ repeated commands to stop inside the lobby and sprinted out of the building — and was captured when police found him hiding underneath a car parked at a nearby intersection.
Cops allegedly found seven grams of marijuana on White, but no gun. The purported firearm had still not been recovered by the time detectives submitted the warrant Monday.
Following his arrest, White claimed the girl began touching him “voluntarily” and that the oral sex was consensual, documents show.
The alleged predator was tossed behind bars and charged with first-degree rape, resisting an officer, drug possession and carrying a firearm on school property over the weekend.
He was scheduled to appear in front of a judge Monday afternoon, though details of that hearing were not immediately clear.

White was previously arrested in October 2024 for allegedly threatening to kill a Wendy’s employee with a gun on LSU’s campus, although the probe was “suspended” after the victim stopped cooperating.
By Monday, other Spruce Hall residents were in disbelief over the alleged rape on campus – telling local news outlet WAFB they did not receive any notification from authorities about the incident.
“I’m really concerned, that would be horrifying,” one female student told the outlet, adding that she wished LSU officials were “at least saying something or putting something out there about how that’s not right or that they’re doing things to fix it.
“Or, I guess you can’t fix that anymore, but things to help the girl and make sure accountability is taken,” she added.
“I was expecting an alert if something like that happened,” a male student said.
“I just can’t believe it happened in the dorm building I’m living in.”
