A Long Island mother and wannabe influencer drunkenly crashed her car with her baby and tot in the vehicle, cops said — just hours after posting a pic of herself sipping an espresso martini.
Jesher Rivera-Barreto, 31, who posted multiple photos of herself drinking in the afternoon, allegedly put her 1-year-old son, whose birthday was just last month, and his 4-year-brother in her car and took off just before 11:30 p.m. on Saturday night, her social media accounts and statements from Suffolk County police revealed.
Soon after, she lost control of her vehicle and crashed into a wooded area off of Montauk Highway in Brookhaven, police said.
Her and the both children were transported to NYU Langone Hospital in Patchogue and treated for minor injuries, police said.
Both children were released to their father at the hospital, police said.
Rivera-Barreto, however, was arrested and charged with violating Leandra’s Law — which is driving while intoxicated a child passenger — alongside two counts of child endangerment, and a driving under the influence charge, police said.
She was held overnight and is set to be arraigned in court on Monday, cops said.
The wannabe influencer and model routinely posts Instagram photos of herself on at the gym, in bikinis by the pool and beach, and photoshoots in suggestive poses.
