Pieces from the doomed Learjet private plane that crashed in Florida, killing all 9 people on board, fell through a woman’s roof and landed in her kitchen, shocking photos show.
The jet was traveling from Austin, Texas, to the Bahamas when it began falling at around 32,000 feet per minute at roughly 12:40 p.m. Sunday before exploding in a huge fireball near a trailer park in Palm Springs, Florida.
Wild photos obtained by WPBF 25 News show what appears to be aircraft metal on the kitchen floor of local woman Ana Escobar’s home, less than a mile from the crash site.
Investigators said Tuesday that important parts from the aircraft had broken off before it hit the ground and were found in a range of around 1.3 to 3.8 miles from where the plane crashed.
