A teen was beaten into a coma by a brute bellowing “Spurs in 7” during a livestreamed Midtown brawl as Game 4 of the NBA finals neared its triumphant end for the Knicks, cops and sources said.

The 17-year-old victim was part of a group gathered on West 35th Street near Eighth Avenue — a short walk from Madison Square Garden — around 11:45 p.m. Wednesday when a rabble-rouser in a black-and-white striped shirt declared, “Spurs are up right now. We’re winning. Spurs in 7,” law enforcement sources said.

That set off a Knicks fan in the crowd, who snapped back, “F–k the Spurs. Suck my d–k,” the sources said.

While the teen victim was not the one who made that comment, he was with the Knicks fan’s crew — and a violent brawl erupted in which he soon became the target, the sources said.

He was pummeled by a ruthless mob, before the initial Spurs fan picked him up and threw him on the ground, according to the sources.

The entire violent ordeal was streamed on the PRISM app.

“Wait, wait, chill chill,”  a handful of onlookers said as the violence heated up, in front of a food cart.

“I should’ve killed this n—a, right? I should’ve f—ked this n–a up,” the initial aggressor could be heard saying.

Dozens of bystanders either filmed and did nothing, or were too engrossed in the final tense moments of the game to get involved.

But others seemed to have been distracted by the brawl and missed the Knicks’ historic 107-106 comeback win, until a roar went up in the crowd.

“What’s the score? What happened?” people could be heard saying.

The badly battered teen, who sources say is from Connecticut, suffered a seizure and went into a coma, cops said.

He was rushed to Bellevue Hospital, where he eventually came out of the coma and was listed in critical but stable condition, police said.

Police were still looking for the black-and-white-clad attacker and released his photo.

It was not immediately clear whether the violence broke out at an organized watch party.

But Madison Square Garden canceled a planned Knicks watch party outside the arena hours before Game 4 — as owner James Dolan said neither Mayor Zohran Mamdani nor NYPD Commissioner Tisch was experienced enough to handle the major event.

The parties have been raucous during the Knicks’ magical playoff run, but at times some fans have turned unruly and even violent, leading to arrests.

After Game 3, a rowdy mob pummeled a Spurs fan and snatched his jersey in a viral caught-on-camera beatdown, cops said.

No one has been arrested in that brutal mugging.

Post-Game 4 shenanigans included a wild mob — with at least one in blue and orange Knicks merch — launching chairs at a Midtown Five Guys employee, leaving him bloodied.
