President Trump responded on Monday to Senator Elissa Slotkin (D-MI), who called for Trump’s inner circle to be persecuted to scare young conservatives from getting involved in right-wing politics, slamming the Democrats for weaponizing government.
Slotkin recently said that the entire Trump administration should face prosecution to dissuade young supporters coming out of college.
“Slotkin is a lowlife who’s ruining her state, just destroying her state. But what they’re doing is really discouraging people from going into politics,” Trump told reporters while departing the White House.
“They weaponize government, the Democrats. That’s what they’ve done.”
Trump later described Slotkin’s threats to another reporter as “a hell of a statement.”
“So Slotkin said that there should be prosecutions in order to scare people from going into politics. That’s a Democrat, and that’s what they do,” he added.
“That’s all they’re good at.”
“And you know what? That’s why they’re getting their asses kicked,” Trump said.

The Gateway Pundit reported on Slotkin’s insane comments during a podcast taping at the University of Chicago.
“I want young people coming out of school to say, should I go work for the Trump administration? Like, that sounds fun, I might get an opportunity,” she said.
“I want them to be like, Lord, that might be buying myself a ton of problems that I don’t want, and so let me avoid participating in that. I want that deterrence message sent.“
