It’s goats gone wild.
Two mischievous pygmy goats strolled onto a Portland public bus during rush hour recently — in a wild fare evasion effort that was caught on camera.
The head-turning ordeal took place during the morning commute around 7:40 a.m. Tuesday, The Oregonian reported.
The now-viral video posted by Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon (TriMet) shows two pygmy goats casually following straphangers onto a bus before the doors closed.
According to TriMet, the bus operator spotted the cheeky-pair and re-opened the doors to let them out.
Stunned passengers can be seen trying to shoo the pair off the bus before the scapegoats wandered back towards a nearby shopping center.
Portland police reportedly checked the area but it is unclear if the fare evaders were later found as there were no additional calls made that day.
TriMet said it has many questions surrounding the puzzling situation but one important question remains: Did the goats have a valid fare?
