US, Iran ‘already signed the deal digitally’ Sunday, Vance says

Vice President JD Vance told ABC’s “Good Morning America” Monday the US and Iran “already signed the deal digitally yesterday.”

A formal deal-signing ceremony is set to take place Friday in Switzerland.
