Surely, you’ve heard the cliché “it’s their Super Bowl” at some point in your everyday life.

The day after Thanksgiving for discount shoppers? The Met Gala for fashionistas? A trip to Disney World for Instagram-judged parents? It’s their Super Bowl.

Winning the NFC East this season is the Giants’ Super Bowl — and head coach John Harbaugh and general manager Joe Schoen should go all in at the trade deadline to make it happen.

Yes, if Jonathan Taylor — or Derrick Henry, should he become available — costs a second-round draft pick. Yes, if a starting-caliber defensive tackle costs 2028 mid-round draft assets. Yes to anything that boosts the Giants’ odds of winning something (other than one playoff game as a wild card in 2022) for the first time since 2011.
