But in this apron era — and especially with the Knicks — there’s a third consideration: How much money will that draft pick cost?

James Dolan stated on WFAN recently, in no uncertain terms, that the Knicks will not be delving into the second apron. The reactions around the league were head-scratching and skepticism.
