The Lakers opened Friday’s home game against the Trail Blazers by missing their first 15 3-point attempts.
But Luka Dončić ended the first half by making the toughest look of them all.

The Slovenian superstar guard banked in a buzzer-beating heave before the second quarter ended from just inside of the 3-point arc from the opposite side of the arc — 61 feet to be exact.

The home crowd inside of Crypto.com Arena roared as soon as the shot went through the net, which trimmed the Lakers’ deficit to 60-53 going into halftime.
It also brought an end to what was a dreadful shooting half for the Lakers.
They only made 4 of 23 shots from beyond the arc in the first two quarters against the Trail Blazers.
Dončić is no stranger to miraculous shots.
He made a buzzer-beating shot from beyond half court in the season-opening win against the Warriors on Oct. 21.
