Raiders quarterback details his favorite fast food order: ‘I have an In-N-Out problem’

Raiders quarterback Kirk Cousins doesn’t mess around when it comes to In-N-Out.

“I have an In-N-Out problem,” he told reporters. “That is a great cheat meal. And coming home from a win on a Sunday night, I don’t know if I can think of a better spot than that.”

Cousins’ go-to order?

Two Double-Doubles. But on an off day in August, Cousins will get three 3-by-3s for himself with no onions and fries.

An In-N-Out 3-by-3 is part of the not-so-secret burger menu featuring three beef patties and three slices of American cheese. Cousins said he can eat three separate 3-by-3s when he is really hungry.

“I don’t get onions, but then I also get fries and don’t usually do a shake. That’s probably the one discipline I try to have. But yeah, I can put down a lot of In-N-Out burgers,” Cousins said.

Cousins signed a five-year, $172 million contract with the Raiders that functions primarily as a fully guaranteed one-year, $20 million deal.

Cousins formerly played for the Atlanta Falcons, but his arrival to Las Vegas triggered his self-proclaimed In-N-Out problem.

“It wasn’t a big deal when I lived in the Central or Eastern Time Zone. But on the West Coast Time Zone, when I signed with the Raiders, I knew this was gonna be an issue,” Cousins said.

The Raiders face AFC West rivals, the Chargers, in Week 2. While it’s not a home game, Cousins still has a chance to get In-N-Out if the squad gets the win at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles.
