The Knicks are back in the NBA Finals for the first time since 1999.

It really never gets old typing that sentence.

But after a week of basking in the glow of making it here, the Knicks now know the task that they’re up against after the San Antonio Spurs conquered the reigning champion Oklahoma City Thunder in Game 7 of the Western Conference finals.

The Spurs have surprised a lot of people all year. They finished second in the tough Western Conference with a 62-20 record — a staggering 28-win jump from the previous season.
