Wild moment woman clings to moving car in Australian road rage incident

Wild footage has captured the moment a woman clung to the bonnet of a moving car, hurling abuse in a horrifying road rage incident on the Gold Coast.

Aspiring Paralympian Natalie Alice Shaw, 22, was driving her red Audi SUV down a Gold Coast street in July last year when a woman she claims was driving the wrong way almost slammed into her car.

In the footage, obtained exclusively by 9News, the woman is seen on CCTV confronting Shaw as her car is parked in a nearby drive-thru.

She is then captured, mounting Shaw’s bonnet as her car revs into gear, moving down Olsen Ave.

“Are you going to hit me? Go on,” the unknown woman can be heard saying in the footage.

9News reports Shaw was the one charged over the bizarre affair, receiving a six-month driving suspension for dangerous operation of a motor vehicle at Southport Magistrates Court.
